We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, weights, and other details accurately. However, the appearance of a product on your device may differ slightly from the actual product.

Coffee is an agricultural product. Flavor, aroma, appearance, and other characteristics can vary naturally between origins, harvests, and batches. Tasting notes are intended as a guide to the coffee's flavor profile and are not a guarantee that every person will experience the same flavors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product descriptions and tasting notes are provided for informational purposes.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. PRICES, AVAILABILITY, AND ORDERS

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees may be added at checkout.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where correction or cancellation is legally permitted.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, payment authorization fails, or an order appears fraudulent.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING ORDERS

If we offer coffee subscriptions or other recurring purchases, the applicable subscription details will be shown during signup or checkout.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method at the disclosed price and billing frequency until the subscription is canceled.

You are responsible for reviewing your subscription frequency, product selection, delivery address, and payment details.

You may manage or cancel a subscription using the subscription-management tools made available through your account or by contacting us. Any applicable cancellation deadline will be disclosed in the relevant subscription terms.

Cancellation generally applies to future orders and does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped. Refunds for processed orders are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

8. GIFT CARDS AND DISCOUNT CODES
